Jr Warriors Scholarships

For the past six years,  Waterloo Region Football with the help of local community-minded businesses, have proudly provided five (5) annual football scholarships of approx $500 for deserving and outstanding players  within our U18 Jr Warriors program who are heading to University or College

Three of these scholarships are named in memory of Jr Warriors players who tragically lost their lives too early.

In an effort to help develop our young men who excel academically, athletically and in the community, we believe it is important to recognize and support our athletes who not only play football but are great community leaders, dedicated students and citizens.

The scholarships are awarded at our annual banquet in August.
