SPRING FLAG FOOTBALL - WEEK 1

Meet Your Team Day - Saturday April 27
Mark your calendars! April 27th is "Meet Your Team" day.
You will meet your coaches, fellow teammates, and snag your team jersey and flag belt. Plus, we'll kick things off with our very first practice session. Here are the details:
Location:
RBJ Schlegel Park
1664 Huron Rd
Kitchener

Times:
- U8\U10: 9:00 am - 10:15 am
- U12: 10:30 am - 11:45 am
- U14: 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm
U16: 1:30 pm - 2:45 pm  (this will be the only Saturday practice for U16)

Gear Requirements:
Remember to come prepared! For safety reasons, you'll need to wear a mouthguard and pants or shorts without pockets. If your attire does have pockets, please ensure they're taped up securely, we don’t want fingers getting caught in pockets.
Cleats are recommended (no metal tips allowed)  but running shoes are OK too.
Also, bring a personal bottle of water.
